recieve a full report and a Certificate of Acceptance to prove their credentials
as a suitable and responsible tenant. The certificate can then be produced to a
landlord or an agent prior to a tenancy being agreed, minimising unnecessary
delays and additional costs. In addition your personal information remains
confidential as the authenticity of your certificate can easily be verified by a
future landlord or agent.
