What sites will my property appear on?

Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, Findaproperty.com, Primelocation.com, Globrix.com, Propertyfinder.com, Hotproperty.co.uk, Thinkproperty.co.uk, Yahoo, Google, MSN, Upmystreet.co.uk, sky.com, Virgin Media, ukpropertyshop.co.uk.
In addition to these your property is forwarded to another 20+ smaller property marketing sites. If you include the locally targeted option (£10 fee), your property will also appear on Fish4Homes.com & local newspaper sites local to the property’s geographic location.

Can I list commercial properties?

Yes, We accept both residential rental property & commercial properties.

 

How long will my advertisement appear for?

We advertise your property for 2 months. Should you let the property before the expiry date, simply use the end campaign button to remove the advertisements..

 

How many images can I include?

You can include an unlimited number of images however some sites may only publish a maximum number following upload.

 

Can I include my contact number or e-mail address in my advertisement?

No, your property is marketed by Rentchecks therefore only our contact details can appear

 

How do I receive new enquiries from prospective tenants?

When an interested prospective tenant makes an enquiry, Rentchecks will e-mail you with a summary of the enquiry.
This will include the name, e-mail address and contact number of the interested party. In addition details of the enquiry can be viewed in your tenant finder control panel.

 

Can I advertise properties for sale?

No. We only list rental properties.

 

Can agents use this service?

No. This service is only available to private landlords.

Can I change my campaign details once it has gone live?

Yes. Simply select edit campaign & change the rent, description or details & we will reupload the property that day to reflect your changes.
You may make as many changes as you wish within the campaign period however you may not change the property itself as each separate property requires its own campaign.

 

How long does it take for my property to appear?

You should allow 24 hours before your property becomes live however usually it will appear within an hour or two (during usual business hours).

 

What else is included?

We review your campaign weekly & will recommend changes to the rent or the property which may result in you receiving more interest. Once a tenant has been found we will provide the tenancy agreement 7 can customise this if required..

 

Can I buy the warranty or a reference at the discounted rate at a later date?

Yes. Provided you order our rent marketing service, we will honour the reduced referencing & warranty fees for 12 months should you wish to purchase these at a later date.

 

I have a portfolio of properties. Can I list these using one campaign.

No. A fee is payable for each property advertised via Rentchecks.

 

Can I reference my tenant once they agree to a tenancy?

Yes. Simply login, view your leads & click 'reference applicant'. Your prospective tenant will recieve an application form via e-mail.
The referencing fee can be paid by you or the applicant & their private details are protected.
